Our latest adventure involved a family trip to Phoenix. Jim was there for a tournament so we decided to pack up the boys and head to Phoenix for the week. We stayed with some wonderful friends of Jim who were so sweet to let us come and terrorize them, their house and their dog. They live in a very remote part of Phoenix, so the kids had a blast playing in the desert dirt, roasting marshmallows in their fire pit, listening to the coyotes at night, and touring their amazing motorhome, "The Bus." Not far from their house was an amazing park that we visited nearly every day. The kids watched "the big boys" play hockey and skateboard, rode their scooters like crazy, rode the train, fed the ducks, and played at every play area the park had to offer. They chose to have a slumber party each night and sleep together on the floor. One of the highlights for me was listening to them carry on each night, having toddler conversations that went on and on and on. Thank you Ryan, Shana and Callie for a wonderful time!
The boys are ADORABLE!!! Thanks for contacting me, I love FB and Blogs for keeping in touch. Glad things are going well for you! I will show Jade your blog after school, she likes to comment too. Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun all these places you are visiting. IS there an agenda to visit Tennessee. They have started building a house on our street. Tell Jim I am saving it for you. The kids are so cute.
